SkoolWisely is Nigeria's leading school fee management platform — built to help schools collect every naira owed, and help parents pay every fee on time, without the chaos.
In 2020, our founder watched a school administrator — his younger sister — spend her evenings cross-referencing handwritten payment registers with bank teller receipts, trying to figure out which of her 400 students had paid their fees that term.
She wasn't alone. Across Nigeria, thousands of school administrators were doing the same thing — manually, every term, with growing frustration and shrinking results. Parents, meanwhile, were scrambling for lump sums, losing paper receipts, and arguing with bursars.
We built SkoolWisely to end that. Not to digitise the chaos — but to eliminate it entirely.
We envision a future where every Nigerian school — from a one-room nursery in Kano to a 2,000-student secondary in Lagos — runs its finances with the same confidence as a top-tier institution.
We deliver tools that make fee collection effortless for schools, and fee payment stress-free for guardians — backed by real-time data, digital receipts, and total transparency.
When a school can't track its revenue, it can't pay teachers on time. When teachers aren't paid, children suffer. We fix the root — not the symptom.
These aren't posters on a wall. They're filters we use when making product decisions, hiring, and serving our schools.
We build every feature by listening first — to bursars, parents, and principals — because real problems deserve real solutions.
Every naira is accounted for. Every receipt is tamper-proof. We hold ourselves to the same standard we set for your school.
Complexity is a bug, not a feature. If it takes more than three taps, we haven't done our job properly yet.
Not adapted, not localised — built from scratch for the realities of Nigerian schools, networks, and payment habits.
Schools thrive when communities do. We measure success not just in revenue, but in how many families we've made life easier for.
We ship, learn, and improve — every single week. Yesterday's version of SkoolWisely should always be worse than today's.
A small, focused team obsessed with making school finance work in Nigeria.
We're remote-first, async-friendly, and radically focused on impact. We don't have ping-pong tables — we have schools that send us thank-you messages every time they close a term at 100%.
Every person on this team chose this mission. That makes the difference.
Our team works from Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, and everywhere in between. Great work isn't tied to a desk.
We share what we're learning — wins, failures, and everything in between. Growth is a team sport here.
We respect each other's deep work time. Not every question needs a meeting. Not every update needs a reply right now.
Every school that hits 100% collection is a win for the whole team. We celebrate the outcomes that matter most.

Real metrics from real schools across Nigeria.
Fee collection is just the beginning. We're building the complete financial operating system for Nigerian education — from payroll and supplier payments to budget planning and financial forecasting.
In five years, we want every Nigerian school administrator to open their day with SkoolWisely — the way they open their phone.
A percentage of every SkoolWisely subscription goes into our Access Fund — which provides free or subsidised accounts to underfunded public schools across Nigeria.
We also partner with state education boards to run free financial literacy workshops for school administrators and parent-teacher associations in underserved communities.
