Accessing SkoolWisely

SkoolWisely is a web-based platform — there is nothing to install or download. You can access it on any device with an internet connection: a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

For Schools (Administrators & Bursars)

Accessing the School Portal

1. Open your web browser
2. Visit the subdomain of your skoolwisely.com portal e.g https://myschool.skoolwisely.com
3. Enter your registered email address and password
4. Click "Sign In"

You will be taken directly to your school's dashboard.

First-Time Login

If this is your first time logging in, check your email for an invitation or registration confirmation from SkoolWisely. Click the link in the email to set your password, then log in normally.

Using SkoolWisely on Mobile

SkoolWisely is fully mobile-friendly. Open your phone's browser, go to skoolwisely.com, and log in. For quicker access, you can save it to your home screen:

• On Android: Tap the browser menu (three dots) → "Add to Home Screen"
• On iPhone: Tap the share icon → "Add to Home Screen"

This creates a shortcut that works just like an app.

For Parents & Guardians

Parents do not need to create an account manually. Once the school links your phone number or email to your child's profile, you will receive an SMS or email with a link to view invoices and make payments. No sign-up process is required for basic payments.

Trouble Logging In?

If you cannot log in, try the following:

• Make sure you are using the correct email address registered with SkoolWisely
• Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset your password
• Check your spam/junk folder for any emails from SkoolWisely
• Clear your browser cache and try again
