How to log in with your school code and credentials, and how to set up biometric login.
The Proprietor app login requires three pieces of information:
These are the same credentials you use on the SkoolWisely web portal. You do not need a separate password for the mobile app.
The school code is a unique identifier that tells the app which school's database to connect to. It ensures your login is directed to the correct school. Find it on the web portal under Settings → School Profile.
BRIGHTFIELD01 and
brightfield01 are treated the same.
After your first successful sign-in, the app will ask if you want to enable fingerprint or face login. Enabling this means you won't need to type your password every time you open the app — just tap your finger or look at the screen.
To enable or disable biometric login later, go to the Settings screen (tap the gear icon ⚙️ on the dashboard).
The Proprietor app does not have a password reset option built in. To reset your password, visit the SkoolWisely web portal at app.skoolwisely.com and use the Forgot Password link. Once reset, your new password will work in the mobile app immediately.
To sign out, go to Settings (gear icon ⚙️ on the dashboard) and tap Sign Out. This signs you out and clears all stored session data from your device.
