What you need and how to install the SkoolWisely Proprietor app on your Android phone.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following before installing the app:

Requirement	Details
Device	Android 8.0 (Oreo) or higher
Account	SkoolWisely account with the School Owner role
School Code	Your unique school identifier (e.g. `BRIGHTFIELD01`)
Internet	Required for all features

You need an active SkoolWisely subscription and a user account with the School Owner role to use this app. Contact your administrator or visit skoolwisely.com to get set up.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Download the App

Search for "SkoolWisely Proprietor" on the Google Play Store, or scan the QR code on your school's SkoolWisely web portal under Settings → Mobile Apps.

Step 2: Get Your School Code

Your school code is shown on the SkoolWisely web portal under Settings → School Profile. It looks like BRIGHTFIELD01. You will need this to log in.

Step 3: Sign In

Open the app, enter your school code, email address, and password. These are the same credentials you use on the SkoolWisely web portal.

Step 4: Enable Biometric Login (Optional)

After your first successful sign-in, you will be prompted to enable fingerprint or face login for faster access in the future. You can also toggle this later in Settings.

That's it! Once signed in, your dashboard loads automatically and stays updated in real time as payments come in.
